HR Software implementation 

You've got a brand new system. How in the world do you start implementing it? RISE HR will be your internal resource to apply industry best practices throughout all parts of your human resources systems. We'll ask the questions you didn't even know existed, while keeping options manageable and choices simple. We'll be in your corner to help push back and tailor the product to your business needs, while also providing honest feedback and challenges on outdated or inefficient processes.

System/Process Optimization

Sometimes you need to start over. Or at least do some major clean-up. A system optimization - looking at HR systems, overall hiring workflow, and everything in between - will take a close look at where you are now and figure out how to optimize your systems, personnel, and workflows for maximum efficiency. Not unlike an implementation, you may need to go back to basics, or just fix a few steps that are holding the team back. You likely need to clean up and clear out old "junk" data, or figure out how to more accurately track source of hire, time-to-hire, and other valuable pieces that have gotten lost along the way. You can dive as deep as you want into a platform to get it firing on all cylinders again.

System integrations

Part of a great workflow is minimizing the time you spend switching systems, screens, applications, logins, and everything else that goes into using all of the tools you need when bringing a candidate onboard as a new hire. These seconds and minutes add up to hours and can make the difference in getting that offer letter out before ideal candidates are swept off their feet elsewhere. Making sure systems can talk to each other and pass along data effectively is key.

Reporting and metrics

None of the above can be proven to be effective without reporting. Whether it is emailed reports, dashboards, executive reports, or just an excel spreadsheet - you need to know what's working (and who's working) efficiently and what isn't. Every HR manager needs reporting built by individual metrics, by team, by department, by location, over short-term and long-term goals, looking at budgets and costs, and examining source of hire - all delivered in an easy to understand format. RISE HR can build (and maintain) these reports to make sure you are getting the most out of your process.

Ongoing Services

In addition to short term projects, RISE HR is available to work on monthly retainer agreement for the following needs: 

  • Reporting: Continuous help in updating, maintaining, and delivering all level of dashboard, email, and executive reports on a recurring basis. 
  • Integrations/System Synchronization: Sometimes it's too expensive to fully automate and integrate all of your systems up front. However, most times there are options to update and change data on an ongoing basis through file transfers and manual updates. Once those methods are set up, RISE can help in maintaining your system of record - delivering consistency across platforms.
  • Training New Hire & New Managers: Most systems out there have great training materials available to their clients, but they are rarely customized to your workflow and the unique steps along the way to making a quality hire. Establish uniform procedures for maximum efficiency. 
  • Ongoing Project Work: If you want to tackle a little bit at a time, when you have time - we can set up an arrangement for flexibility that works around your needs and your schedule to get the job done.
