Not unlike an implementation, you may need to go back to basics, or just fix a few steps that are holding the team back. You likely need to clean up and clear out old "junk" data, or figure out how to more accurately track source of hire, time-to-hire, and other valuable pieces that have gotten lost along the way. Training New Hire & New Managers: Most systems out there have great training materials available to their clients, but they are rarely customized to your workflow and the unique steps along the way to making a quality hire. Establish uniform procedures for maximum efficiency.
